Guardian Homes
Every dog in our care is valued as a cherished member of our family, receiving abundant love and attention. To grow our breeding program and provide each of our breeding dogs with a forever-loving family, we use guardian homes.
1. Selected families or individuals approved by us will receive a complimentary "Pick of the Litter" puppy, and we occasionally place adult-trained dogs in families as well.
2. Mercy Mountain Doodles retains breeding rights for up to 4 litters for females or up to 7 years for males. Specific terms may vary based on the dog's age and individual circumstances.
3. All breeding-related expenses are covered by Mercy Mountain Doodles. Guardian Families are responsible for the standard costs of dog ownership, excluding brief periods when we oversee the dog during the birth and weaning of a litter.
4. Guardian families receive monetary compensation for each litter produced with their dog, helping offset the day-to-day costs associated with canine care.
5. Upon fulfillment of the contract, dogs are spayed or neutered, and complete ownership is transferred to the guardian family.
