Our approach to puppy adoption changes every few years to align with market dynamics and changes in buyer preferences. Additionally, we adjust to safeguard our puppies and ensure their optimal, forever well-being. While the information provided on this page is up-to-date, please be aware that if you have previously purchased a puppy from us, our process may have undergone changes since then.

Puppy Application: After determining the ideal breed for your preferences, the next step is to fill out our Puppy Application. Once your application undergoes review and receives approval, you can choose to place a deposit on an available puppy or secure a spot on our waitlist.

Non-Refundable Deposits: There is a $250 deposit towards the total puppy price to join a waitlist. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable to future litters (up to one year). Your satisfaction in choosing the perfect puppy for your family is very important to me, and I am dedicated to assisting you in selecting the litter that best aligns with your family's needs.

Choosing your new Puppy: Puppy picks happen in order of deposit when puppies are seven weeks old. Prior to puppy picks, each puppy will have a full physical with first shots and microchip and have completed temperament testing with a trained Avidog evaluator. Each family will have a complete copy of all the puppies' bios going into puppy picks in order to choose the best puppy for their individual family. Puppy picks will happen in thirty-minute increments either in-person for those in-state or virtual for the puppy families out of state.

All puppies in a litter are priced the same regardless of breed, gender, or color. The prices listed below are non-negotiable.

New Puppy
$3,000-$3,500 Depending On Litter
This is our purchase price for puppies who leave us at eight weeks. Your non-refundable deposit is applied to this total purchase price. When our puppies go to their new homes they have been introduced to potty training, crate training, and manding .

Puppy Preschool
+ $1,000
Introducing our Puppy Preschool add-on—a comprehensive 2-week board and train program designed for families opting to extend their puppy's stay with us beyond the initial eight weeks. This program focuses on additional training and socialization to further enhance your puppy's development.

Puppy Kindergarten
+ $2,000 (Virtual Home Manners Title)
Introducing our Puppy Kindergarten add-on—a specialized 4-week board and train program tailored for families who choose to extend their puppy's stay with us beyond the initial eight weeks. This program is dedicated to providing extra training and socialization to further enrich your puppy's development.

Our graduates from the Mercy Mountain Puppy Kindergarten program proudly earn the esteemed AKC Virtual Home Manners title.

The program evaluates your dog's proficiency in ten essential home manners skills, all through a video assessment conducted by CGC Evaluators.

The ten skills evaluated include mastering petting, grooming, responding to commands for sitting and lying down, reliable recall, designated place staying, house training, displaying a healthy relationship, indoor play etiquette, leash walking proficiency, and engaging in outdoor exercise.

The skills assessed focus on fostering owner control, perfecting leash manners, and enhancing the bond through interactive playtime. Your puppy will go home with the groundwork needed for advanced training.
